Guest Access

Access the house via a digital keypad on the front door and/or garage door. No need to pick-up keys at a rental office — just drive up, settle in, and start your vacation! The door code will be sent to you via email, one hour prior to check-in time. Access codes will be sent one hour prior to check in time of 4pm.

The home is a quick 12 min drive North (6.9 miles) to Main Street Breckenridge. Winter traffic may alter the time to get to Main street and gondola. Other top areas of interest! Isak the Troll - 6.9 miles Peak 8/Breck Connect Gondola- 7.8 miles to parking Peak 9 - 7.5 miles McCullough Gulch Trailhead- 4 miles Breckenridge Recreation Center- 8.5 miles Frisco Adventure Park - 15.3 miles *Winter- November through May* In the winter months, December through May, it is imperative for this neighborhood and throughout Breckenridge and Summit County that your vehicle be equipped with 4WD or AWD, snow tires or mud/snow tires (M+S) with minimum 3/16 inch tread, functioning defrosts (front and back), sturdy ice scraper and snow brush, windshield fluid rated for 0 degrees F or colder, shovel, gloves, boots and other winter clothing. In the Quandary neighborhood, contracted snow plow service clears snow on a regular basis (unpaved but graded gravel road). We have a contracted service for our driveway clearing every time 4 inches of snow accumulates.

Words will not do justice to this amazing property. The home is in perfect condition and the views from the expansive windows are amazing including a personal visit from the local resident moose. Kristine has thought of everything including so many little details that were enjoyed by all - from the Smores kit to enjoy by the firepit to a modern phonograph with a variety of our favorite artists on vinyl. Hoping we didn't wear out the Beastie Boys albums !! We have had the privilege to stay in homes around the world and this property is truly world class in every way. Close to everything and yet located in a very private setting. Anybody planning a visit to Breckenridge who is lucky enough to find a vacancy at Breckhouse A Frame will not be disappointed !!

An amazing place with tremendous attention to details to make your stay incredible. We had a last minute trip to Breck and really lucked out finding this place. Hosts were awesome with proactive welcoming and checking in to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Loved every bit and even met the local fox which greeted us upon arrival. We have rented dozens of homes and this is a top favorite by far. Hope to come back next year! Thank you Kristine and Oliver! You thought of everything, great work!
